- 1 / 5By Cassandra CollinsI absolutely love the Tim Hortons in Findlay. The Lima establishment has a lot to work on. I order a number five with a hot chocolate. The cashier hands me my hot chocolate and a bagel sandwich out the window with no bag. When I question her on don't the number five come with a hash brown. I am treated as if I am wasting her time. I am irritated at this point. Driving down the road I bite into the hash brown it is dry and hard. Nasty service....nasty food. I will wait to get back to Findlay before I go again.
